Safety and Maintenance of Toys
Our toys are handmade and therefore do not meet any security requirements or standards. These toys are made with love, all tiny details are fastened with care. Thanks to the small parts (safety eyes, buttons, ribbons) you should be careful when giving the toys to a little child and not leave them unattended. Safety eyes are not recommended for children below 3 years, you can ask for embroidered or crocheted eyes when you finalize your order.
We recommend hand-wash for handmade toys, since then the yarn retains the best qualities. Use warm water and only a small amount of liquid detergent. Do not twist, just squeeze! Dry on a towel – depending on the yarn consistency and size of the item the final drying might take several days.
Orders and Payments
How do I place an Order?
To place an order select the products by adding them to the cart and then in the end complete the checkout process. You may go back during the process anytime and add/delete/modify your cart.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

How can I change my custom order?
We want to make sure your piece is perfect for you, so we give you the flexibility to adjust/customise your order. Any changes during the manufacturing process result in lost time and materials. Please finalise all order modifications within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, there is a 15% order modification fee
How do I track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking details which will be sent to you by email/WhatsApp.
How can I return a product?
We do not entertain returns.

How do you ship and what does the shipping cost?
Shipping your order is based on the shipping options available in your area. Shipping cost may vary and is dependent on your exact location & shipping option. Shipping depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.
What shipping methods are available?
We use various courier agencies to deliver your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Presently we deliver in India only
How long will it take to get my package?
You may expect your order to reach you in 3 to 7 days from the date of shipping.
You can track your order with the tracking details which will be sent to you.
